Human Resources Manager
Reporting into the CEO, the Manager, Human Resources, is responsible for the overseeing and managing the People & Culture department for Southampton Financial Inc and its entities, Southampton Underwriting Managers, Onlia Insurance, aha Insurance, Alteri Insurance and Cheep Insurance.
The ideal team member is someone with a ‘rolling up their sleeves’ mentality, flexible mindset, the ability to thrive in a team environment, passion for people and is proactive in partnering with senior and junior management as well as colleagues to deliver on business objectives. This role is best for someone that is experienced and interested in being part of a growing digitally focused insurance provider and can think creatively to problem solve in addition to knowing and following best practices. Insurance Advisor, Sales (remote or hybrid) Full time

We’re seeking a motivated Insurance Advisor - Sales to drive new business growth and deliver exceptional client service in a fast-paced brokerage environment. You’ll manage a high volume of inbound calls and online leads, close sales over the phone, and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
This role focuses on understanding client needs, recommending appropriate coverage with integrity, and ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines. You’ll also identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, collaborate closely with insurance underwriters, and stay current on insurer products and portals through ongoing training.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday during standard business hours. The role is open to candidates both in and outside of Ontario.
